Born and raised in Aotearoa I moved to Melbourne in 2000, and so I think of myself as someone fortunate to be: Made of Aotearoa – Forged in Melbourne!
With more than 25 years' experience in various People and Culture [HR] roles across for-profit, for-purpose organisations, my professional career blends with decades of personal development. Supported by formal qualifications in coaching and management, including ICF Associate Certified Coach [ACC] accreditation, my evidence-based, values-led and intuitive approach is guided by reflective practice and a belief in the wisdom that comes through continual growth. Today, I partner with people and organisations to strengthen them from within.
